Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" the State Enterprise “DIIA” (identification code of a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine — 43395033; location: 03150, Kyiv, Dilova Street, building 24) (hereinafter — the SE “DIIA”) informs how it processes your personal data for the purpose of your participation in events organized/co-organized by the SE “DIIA”.
1. What personal data does the SE «Diia» collect?
The SE “DIIA” collects your name and email address to register you as a participant in the event.The processor of personal data processed is the state enterpriSE “DIIA”, which belongs to the sphere of management of the SE “DIIA”.
2. How does the SE “DIIA” collect personal data?
If you wish to participate in the event organized/co-organized by the SE “DIIA”, you providethe abovementioned personal data to the web-site

3. For what purpose does the SE “DIIA” process personal data?
SE “DIIA” processes your personal data for the purpose of:

Registration of you as a participant in the event organized/co-organized by the SE “DIIA”.

Providing feedback or notification about changes of the conditions of the event organized/co-organized by the SE “DIIA”.

SE “DIIA” does not transfer your personal data to third parties, except joint controllers in case of co-organization of events.
4. How does the SE “DIIA” store personal data?
The personal data collected will be stored throughout the registration period for the event, which is organized/co-organized by the SE “DIIA”. Within 10 days after the end of the event, personal data is deleted.
